phttt operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Players must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active phttt account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phttt login credentials. phttt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phttt ("phttt," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the phttt platform at phttt.asia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the phttt platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the phttt website or services.
1.2 By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using phttt, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.
1.3 phttt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 These Terms are supplemented by phttt's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use phttt. This requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines governing online gambling in the Philippines. phttt strictly enforces this age restriction and will require documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phttt complies with the laws applicable in your location.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use phttt:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on phttt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phttt may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phttt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phttt login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phttt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify phttt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. phttt's support team can be reached via the contact details set out in Section 15.
3.5 Account Verification. phttt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., passport, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys national ID, SSS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phttt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the phttt cashier at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time at phttt's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in your name. phttt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Processing Times. phttt endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements. phttt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phttt does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phttt complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. phttt may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
5.1 phttt may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Validity. Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. phttt reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if phttt reasonably suspects that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
5.5 phttt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Each game available on phttt is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
6.2 Random Number Generation. phttt's games utilise certified random number generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to independent oversight.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phttt reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. phttt's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be payable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phttt reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to phttt may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting phttt support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, phttt will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform.
8.3 Age Restriction. phttt strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.

9.1 All content on the phttt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phttt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phttt platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
9.3 The phttt name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of phttt. You may not use these marks without phttt's prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phttt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 phttt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phttt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phttt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phttt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 phttt collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at phttt.asia/privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering on phttt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
11.3 phttt complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations.
12.1 phttt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phttt will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of phttt following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phttt support.
13.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your phttt account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
13.2 Closure by phttt. phttt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and phttt, you agree to first contact phttt's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phttt will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 phttt's decisions regarding game outcomes, account balances, and the application of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
